The Holland Fire Department proudly protects the 3600 residents in the Town of Holland. HFD staffs two stations that provide fire and emergency medical coverage for the 36 square mile Fire District. Station one located at 49 North Main Street houses two Engines, one Heavy Rescue and an ALS ambulance. Station two located at 7640 Hunters Creek Road houses a single Engine and the Off Road Rescue Equipment. In an effort to provide the best service possible HFD conducts weekly fire suppression training and bi-weekly EMS training. Active membership consists of 40 members. We have 16 interior qualified firefighters, 4 paramedics 17 EMTs and 11 scene support/ apparatus operator personnel. Holland Fire also has a Junior Firefighter program that varies in membership numbers,

The leadership core of our department is three-fold. The company leadership consists of a president, vice president, treasurer, secretary and trustees. These members conduct monthly meeting and ensure the completion of company business. The firematic leadership consists of a Chief, 3 Assistant Chiefs, 2 Captains and 5 Lieutenants. Our Emergency Medical Squad is lead by a Captain and 2 Lieutenants.  The three tiers of leadership work together in a cohesive effort to meet the needs of our community. All leadership positions at HFD are elected annually based on qualification and a majority vote.
